http://androidforum.us/data/MetaMirrorCache/f3bb1d2cb1f7c0d34d222163224e19a1.jpg Over the past few years, there has been an increasingly well-traveled narrative that would have you believe that Apple’s once vaunted penchant for design has vanished. Whereas Apple products used to be revered for taking bold risks and introducing cutting edge designs, it seems as if it's been a few years since a new Apple product has been heralded as a design-win. With the recent introduction of the iPhone 7, this narrative has picked up steam once again. Even though the iPhone 7 is jam packed with a multitude of compelling new features, including a better display, improved battery life …

But true Apple fans know that a public beta release follows one day after developers get theirs. And, sure enough, Apple delivered. iOS 10.1 public beta 1 is available to download right away. If you own an iPhone 7 Plus and want to try out the new bokeh portrait mode that Apple did not include in the final iOS 10 release, you should definitely go get the beta.
