Baltimore news outlets have published body cam video from a supposed drug bust back in January. The video appears to show a cop planting drugs in a trash pile, before going back to the road, activating his body camera, and "finding" the drugs that supposedly belonged to a suspect. Just over a year after launching Pokemon Go, developer Niantic is finally preparing to unleash Legendary Pokemon into the real world. This Tuesday, the Pokemon Go team published a blog post announcing a new update for the game, which is set to roll out this week. Earlier this year, a nasty and somewhat sophisticated phishing scam targeting Google users began spreading rapidly. The phishing campaign worked by sending unsuspecting users a message indicating that someone from within their contacts list had shared a Google Doc with them. An accompanying link would then whisk users away to an actual sign-in page from Google whereby they were then prompted to authorize a fake app masquerading as "Google Docs." Once authorized, the folks behind the campaign were able to attain access to a user's emails and contact list and cause all sorts of harm. Continue reading...
