Hi Android Forum fdk here! Great to be here with you all. 🙂 I should share just a little info about me, so here goes: I'm in my late 20s and I currently live in the UK. I enjoy sports, mainly football, but also some other sports including some American ones, Basketball and NFL mainly. Been using forums for many many years, did take a fairly long break for a while but am back to using forums now and looking for a few communities to join and become an active participant on, so hopefully this site will come to be one of those! Looking forward to seeing you all around the forum and discussing things with you, hope you all have a great day! fdk

Hi, I'm a software engineer that has worked in a number of different areas, mostly device drivers on PCs. After something of an absence from the programming world I'd like to break into Android development. I thought this forum would be helpful in that regard.

Hi everybody, I am Melissa from Germany. I am travelling a lot and since I want to meet lots of people while doing so I have been looking for ways to make that easier. I am especially interested in apps for my phone that can help me find people wherever I go and to stay in touch with my family and friends from back home. I'm Bob owner of this community as well as a few others. I've been in the community building business for 15 years. I said I wouldn't start any more sites after selling off or closing a number of my sites. I upgraded my old Sprint Nextel i860 to an HTC EVO 4G. As I do with anything I wanted to know everything about it including the inner workings of the Android OS. I created this site for people to discuss Android phones and maybe we can even create a few apps or custom ROMS as we learn. Having said that welcome to Android Forums and hope to make a lot of new friends.
