Remember when Huawei announced the Mate 8 back in November? Well, they’ve announced it again at CES, but this time with a few more details about where you can get your hands on one.

The device will come in two models, one with 32 GB of storage and 3 GB of RAM and one with 64 GB of storage with 4 GB of RAM. The smaller model costs about €599, while the 64 GB variant will cost around €699, depending on the region. This is clearly a premium device aimed at the high end market, and the price tag matches.

Other hardware is the same as it was a few months ago, fortunately.

  • Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Emotion UI
  • 6-Inch Full HD IPS LCD display (1920 x 1080 resolution)
  • Kirin 950 Octa-core processor (4 x A72 cores @ 2.3GHz + 4 x A53 cores @ 1.8GHz) with i5 coprocessor to handle low-power functions
  • 3GB/4GB LPDDR4 RAM (depending on model)
  • 32GB/64GB/128GB Internal storage (depending on model)
  • MicroSD card support
  • 16MP Rear camera with OIS and LED Flash (Sony IMX298 sensor)
  • 8MP Front camera (Sony IMX179 sensor)
  • Rear fingerprint scanner
  • Dual nano-SIM support with 4G networking (Cat 6)
  • 4,000mAh battery
  • Available in Champagne Gold, Moonlight Silver, Space Gray and Mocha Brown

Overall, this looks like one of the best phones Huawei has ever produced, and it’s slated to be released in over two dozen countries, with pricing varying slightly depending on where you buy it.

It’s not coming to the US, though. Sorry, guys.

Be sure to keep up with the rest of our CES 2016 coverage.
