Verizon announced today that the LG K4 LTE, a low-end smartphone, is now available to buy on the carrier’s network.
One of the neat things about this phone is that Verizon is calling it a “World phone,” as it’s capable of working in over 200 countries.
The smartphone has a 4.5-inch (854×480) display, a 1.1GHz quad-core processor, a 5-megapixel rear camera, a 2-megapixel front camera, 16GB of internal storage, microSD support, a 1,940mAh battery, and the handset is running Android 5.1.1.
The LG K4 LTE costs $120 outright, but Verizon is also offering it at $5 on a 24-month device payment plan. It’s certainly not something to write home about, but if you need a cheap smartphone that works in a multitude of places, the K4 might be right up your alley.
