Sprint announced a new 30-day satisfaction guarantee program today, where the carrier will refund the cost of a device and service charges to a customer if they aren’t satisfied within that 30-day period.
Sprint has been going through some financial turmoil as of late, and has been cutting costs in order to hopefully get on the up and up. There’s no telling how this program will help them in that regard, but the carrier is obviously hoping that it’ll attract more customers.
Here’s the official word from Sprint:
“The Sprint satisfaction guarantee is available for a limited time to new customers and eligible small business customers who activate a line of service at a Sprint company-owned store or preferred retailer, by calling 1-800-SPRINT1 or online at sprint.com. The guarantee also is available to current customers adding new lines of service in a Sprint store, online at sprint.com or by calling 1-800-SPRINT1.”
It’s also worth noting that the carrier is still running its deal where it’ll pay you up to $650 per line to switch over to Sprint. Paired with the 30-day satisfaction guarantee, this is a pretty neat deal.
The only thing to watch out for is that Sprint is only running this 30-day satisfaction guarantee promotion for a limited time, though they didn’t mention when it’ll end.
This deal really takes the risk out of switching to Sprint, especially for those who are in the market for finding a new carrier.
Do you plan on giving it a try?
