Twitter is buckling down even further on harassment, making it easier for users of the social network to report abuse and sketchy behavior.
In this new update to Twitter, users will be able to attach multiple tweets to a report at once. Previously, users could only report a single tweet at a time, making it much more difficult to report a user. Now, the process is much more cohesive.
From Twitter:
“This update makes it easier for you to provide us with more information about the extent of abuse and reduces the time it takes to do so. That added context often helps us investigate issues and get them resolved faster.”
The update is rolling out now to the iOS, Android, and web versions of Twitter. It’ll be available for everyone in the next few weeks.
Keep in mind that this isn’t the only thing Twitter is doing to buckle down on online harassment. Twitter reiterated that safety is a top priority for the company, and as a result, they’ll be rolling out some new features that will give users more control over their Twitter “experience” soon.
