Filings from the Federal Communication Commission have revealed the existence of a new Apple product with a model number that doesn't correspond to anything in the lineup. Details are scarce, but from what we can work out, it could be a new Apple TV set for release. The device has the model number A1844, which is not currently in use by any Apple device. The power supply and screw placement are in line with the existing Apple TV, although not perfectly identical. (more…)
