Because it hasn't taken over enough of our lives already, Facebook is encroaching even further with the release of a new app: Events from Facebook. According to Facebook, this app will allow users to easily and quickly see any events happening in their area, whether those events are being hosted by Pages they like or whether their friends have expressed interest in attending.
