Nearly a year after being rejected by Apple, The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth successfully made its way to the App Store on Tuesday night. Rebirth is a remake of the original Binding of Isaac, which launched on PC in 2011. Although its subject matter has been the subject of controversy, the roguelike twin-stick shooter managed to find an audience, warranting a remaster for PS4, Xbox One, Wii U, Vita and 3DS in 2014.
And now, despite having made no changes to the game (according to creator Edmund McMillen), The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth finally made it through the approval process on the App Store this week.
