Sony has been a leader in the TV market for what seems like an eternity. Even back in the day when TVs were 3 feet deep and weighed 2,500 lbs, the company has always been at the top of the pile when it comes to picture quality and features. Typically, however, that great quality comes with a pretty hefty price tag when it comes to Sony. That’s why sales on Sony TVs are always of particular interest, but this one takes the cake. Our favorite 65-inch 4K model from Sony — the Sony XBR65X850D 65-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV — is on sale right now on Amazon for $1,398, and we can’t say enough good things about this set. Among TVs this size in the sub-$2,000 price range, you won’t find a better option. Period.
