After the initial launch of the Galaxy Note 7 went up in flames, Samsung recalled all the phones, "fixed" them, and put the Note 7 back on sale. When the fixed version exploded on a plane, Samsung gave up, recalled all the phones worldwide, and tried to forget about the whole affair.
But back in March, Samsung took everyone by surprise by saying that there's going to be a third attempt. We don't have all the details on the new Note 7 quite yet, but a set of documents released by the FCC prove that it's very much a real thing.
