Samsung will very likely show off a bendable tablet design at MWC this year, but don’t expect to see it out in the open. The Korean media says Samsung has a prototype ready to show off this year, but only to a select group of people behind closed doors. The tablet will reportedly be able to bend at a 90 degree angle to function similarly to a laptop, as seen in the figure above.
There’s a lot we don’t know about this device, especially since there haven’t really been any leaks from Samsung about it. We do know that Samsung is in a race with LG to put flexible screens on any and every device, though, so a bendable tablet makes perfect sense. Hopefully after MWC blows over we’ll hear a bit about this device.
