Guest Christian de Looper Posted June 8, 2014 Posted June 8, 2014 The FCC recently approved the upcoming Samsung SM-G906S, which is supposed to be the Korean version of the Galaxy S5 Prime. The SM-G906S is, according to the FCC, the same as the SM-G906K and SM-G906L. The FCC did not reveal too many details about the device, however it did mention that it features LTE band 5 and band 17, both bands that are not supported on any US carrier. The Galaxy S5 Prime is set to be Samsung’s first device to feature a Quad HD display, and is also rumored to include a Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB of RAM and Android 4.4.3 KitKat.
