Android 4.4 KitKat finally arrives on the Galaxy Note II for Verizon

It’s been quite some time since Android launched 4.4 KitKat, but it looks like Samsung’s Galaxy Note II (Verizon) will be finally receiving the update OTA. Here’s the build number: KOT49H.I605VRUFND7

 

You’ll get the standard KitKat update (white icons on notification bar, bug fixes, some new apps, etc.) as well as Samsung’s add-ons including Knox 2.0. If you’re looking into a Gear 2, the Note II will now be compatible.
