Guest Christian de Looper Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 Today Twitter gave users the ability to upload GIFs using the same process used to upload pictures. The file size cap is 5MB, just like images, and GIFs show up simply as an image with a play button. The addition of the play button means that users don’t have to worry about loading and playing of GIFs while they’re trying to scroll. This update has been awaited by many users.
