Guest Christian de Looper Posted June 27, 2014 Posted June 27, 2014 As part of the “right to be forgotten” ruling of the European Union, Google has begun removing search results for people that requested it. According to the Wall Street Journal, Google started removing results earlier this week, and Google says that they have started notifying applicants that their requests are being processed. As previously expected, Google is also notifying users when they search something if results have been removed. Rather than remove all traces of a search result, Google is notifying users that they are complying with the law.
