We knew they were planning on tackling the problem of typing on a small screen, but this is the first real look we’re getting at the approach. Like their standard keyboard counterpart, Minuum for Android Wear relies heavily on autocorrection and word predictions. On a smaller screen, it’s not exactly a perfect solution, but considering Android Wear doesn’t offer any type of built in solution, anything is better than nothing. The logistics behind using a keyboard on Android Wear are still kinda fuzzy. We don’t know if it natively supports text input like Android phones and tablets, but we shouldn’t have to wait too much longer to see how Minuum does it. If you’re interested, you can sign up to be an early beta tester for the program, too. source: Minuum Click here to view the embedded video.
