Given EA's past antics, we actually expected the program involved asking gamers to pay an extra $5 per month just for the privilege of playing games on Xbox Live that they'd already purchased. But no — EA Access actually will give you the ability to play games like Madden NFL 15, Battlefield 4 and FIFA 14 even if you've never bought the games themselves for just $5 per month or $30 for a full year subscription.
