Some users have reported the existence of a card in Google Now asking you to add a weather shortcut to your homescreen. The card is only coming up for some people, and only appears once you’ve asked Google Now for the weather in a particular area. The card reads “access weather instantly from your homescreen.” If you tap add, a weather icon will appear on one of your homescreen pages. http://androidforum.us/data/MetaMirrorCache/5f18fff5c9a0b142ab2f67a1d67e3e45.png Not everyone wants a shortcut on their homescreen, especially considering that the weather can be viewable from multiple places already. If you change your mind, simply remove it by dragging the icon to the trash bin. This could just be Google experimenting or trying to convince Android users to use Google Now, which most of you know Google has worked very hard at. Let us know if you’ve seen the card in your Google Now feed in the comments down below.
