We're not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing that the Microsoft Surface 3 is still the best tablet in the world nearly a year after it was first released. On the one hand, it means people who have purchased it over the past nine months have spent their money wisely. On the other hand, it means that Microsoft's Windows partners really haven't stepped up their game enough to compete.

 

The bottom line is this: if you need a powerful Windows 10 machine, there are plenty of great options. But if you need a light- to mid-duty Windows 10 tablet, there's really only one option — and right now the price of the Microsoft Surface 3 Tablet with 128GB of storage has dropped down to as low as $448.12.
