Jewel and Elegant Huawei Watch versions make way to the U.S.

The Huawei Watch is one of our favorite smartwatches to date. But how about Huawei’s new Jewel (pictured above) and Elegant models? As of yesterday, they became available to pre-order in the United States from select retailers.

Both the Huawei Watch Jewel and Huawei Watch Elegant contain the same specifications as the standard Huawei Watch. All three run the same software and thereby feature all the same features. The only difference between the models is design.

The Jewel and Elegant (pictured directly above) versions launched several months after the standard Huawei Watch aimed more at fashion. Each sports an even more premium design than that on the standard Huawei Watch, which we thought was premium itself. As you may have guessed, they come at an extra cost.

The two super premium models can now be purchased in the United States from select retailers including Newegg and B&H Photo. They will also go up for sale on the Google Store. Pricing varies on the model, band option and retailer selling it. Expect to pay an average of $499 for the Elegant model, and some where in the range of $549-$599 for the Jewel model. All retailers will ship the smartwatch May 3rd.
