The Sony brand doesn't quite carry the same weight with smartphones here in the US as it does with categories like HDTVs and video game consoles. Samsung and Apple have grown so dominant that other brands have basically been forgotten. But if you're in the market for a new smartphone, it's time to give Sony another look because its new Xperia X Performance and Xperia XA are now available for sale unlocked on Amazon.
