Study after study has shown high satisfaction rates and low defection rates among iPhone owners, who point to sleek smartphone designs, reliable software, a smooth user experience and best-in-class customer service as reasons for sticking with the iPhone. Of course, nothing is perfect and users also have some serious complaints about Apple's smartphone lineup. Two pain points in particular always seem to rise to the top of the pile, but a new leak reinforces the notion that Apple plans to address one of them with this year's new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.
