The first episode of the upcoming season will finally reveal who Negan killed, and we already know it’s not Glenn, who dies in the comics. There are plenty of theories explaining who may have died, and you probably won’t like any of them. But it’s definitely not Glenn, and this recent interview with The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman also seems to support the idea that Glenn will survive.
