Meaningless survey claims some Note 7 owners have switched to iPhone, sky also blue

It was meant to assess the damage to Samsung's brand following the Note 7 recall, and see how consumer confidence had been damaged. In order to work out the drop in consumer confidence among the at least 2.5 million Galaxy Note 7 customers who have had their phone recalled, IDC managed to survey a whole 24 Note 7 owners.
