March Madness 2017 live stream: How to watch the First Four games online starting tonight

If you're looking for something to do on this cold and dreary Tuesday evening, you could do worse than watching the first two games of the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament. Several years ago, the NCAA opened the tournament up to four additional teams who would have the chance to compete for spots in the round of 64. These games are collectively known as the First Four, and they begin tonight.
