Its ultra-budget price paired with midrange specs resulted in a notebook that was far better than it should have been for such a ridiculously low price. Chuwi had already made a name for itself with well-received hybrid Windows tablets — namely the Hi12 tablet — so high quality wasn't a huge surprise, and now the company is launching its most highly-anticipated device yet, the Hi13. I've spent about a week using it off and on, and if there's one I can say with utter certainty it's that there's no way this thing should cost $1,000 less than a Surface Book. Continue reading...
