According to a new information from the Chinese website, Tenaa, Samsung is working on a mid-range device similar to the Samsung Galaxy Beam, which was released in early 2012, and featured a built-in nHD projector.

The new device carries the model number SM-G3858 and will be the successor of the Samsung Galaxy Beam . The phone was certified by Tenaa and is said to sport a 4.66-inch LCD display with WVGA resolution, 5MP camera, 3G connectivity, expandable microSD slot and powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, and runs on Android 4.2.2 out of the box.

There’s no information on the projector, however if you take a closer look at the pictures, you’ll notice a small bump on the top of the device and a projector button right above the power key on the side of the phone.
