The Nokia X is the first Android powered handset by Nokia which generated quite a buzz. It was recently reported that the pre-orders of the handset reached 1 million in China in just four days, although we later found out that no payment was actually required to pre-order, it was more of a registration to be eligible to enter the contest.

 

 

Nokia recently posted a poll on its blog asking its fans which was their favorite feature of the Nokia X. Among the options presented, the “Android apps” option received the highest vote of 20.1% followed closely by “Nokia apps (HERE Maps, Mix Radio, etc)” (15.69%). The “distinctive Nokia design” (13.62%) ranked third followed by “Fastlane” (13.36%), “Affordable price” (9.34%), “Microsoft apps” and “Dual SIM”.

 

Of course Android is one of the most useful features of the Nokia X which has made it so popular.
