Google to allow anyone in the U.S. to buy Glass for one day only

Whatever your opinions are on Google Glass, you've probably never had the opportunity to pick one up for yourself. The Explorer Program has been closed to the public ever since its inception, but according to The Verge, that might change later this month. A leaked document reveals that Google is considering opening up sales to the public, "where any U.S. resident would be able to purchase Glass (through google.com/glass) and join the Explorer Program."
