At that time, the service was still in beta, which it seems is no longer true. Using PlayOn, users can stream over 100 channels to their Chromecast, include ABC, NBC, Comedy Central, and so on. To use the with Chromecast, users will need to install PlayOn on both their computer and their mobile device. The subscription costs $29.99 per year, or $59.99 for life.
