New HTC One M8 Ace to have plastic unibody, high-end specs with low price

In the past HTC has made comments leading people to believe they don’t like flagship plastic devices, but new reports suggest that they are on their way to making their own. According to sources, the company’s new HTC One M8 Ace will feature a plastic body instead of aluminum. In addition, the device will have specs almost identical to Samsung’s Galaxy S 5, with a 5-inch 1080p display plus a 2.5GHz, quad-core Snapdragon 801 SoC, but a much lower pricetag.

 

We’ll just have to wait and see, as the device may be announced sometime next month.
