Sony introduces their latest open source project ‘EvolutionUI’

One of Sony’s development research employees recently unveiled their latest project dubbed as EvolutionUI. It’s essentially a phone UI that gets “better” in time the more you use it. In essence, think of it like a video game as you receive “achievements” of sorts. I’m not exactly too keen on the idea, and by the looks of the comments in the video, many share my sentiments. Nonetheless, it is something new and worth a look at. Check out the video below after the break and let me know what you think of it. Even if you may not like it, do you see any upside to it? My guess is it may fare well towards users that are just starting to use a smartphone.
