Galaxy S5 updated, bringing faster camera and improved finger scanning

The first Galaxy S5 update for the month is currently rolling out to the international Galaxy S5, with the update first being rolled out in the UK. The update will bring two major improvements.

 

First of all, the camera now opens much faster, which is a very welcome improvement considering the camera used to be quite laggy. Secondly, the fingerprint scanner is now much more accurate.

 

 

The device will also now manage RAM better, and is now available over Samsung Kies. The update is also rolling out over the air, but it may take a while before your device gets the update.
