Verizon Galaxy Note 3 gets KitKat update through wired methods

The Verizon variant of the Galaxy S4 finally received KitKat last month, and no it looks like it’s the Note 3‘s turn. Owners of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 are reporting that the update is available through Samsung Kies and through the Verizon Software Upgrade Assistant.

 

While it is good that the device is finally getting the update, it’s a little unfortunate that it’s only available if you plug your device into your computer.
