HTC teases something with “beautiful curves” that is coming soon

This will get you thinking. This evening, HTC decided to tease something with “beautiful curves.” In addition to saying that this curvy mystery is coming soon, they attached the image above. It shows a curving graphic alongside a quote from novelist Edward George Bulwer-Lytton. The quote says “In life, as in art, the beautiful moves in curves.” HTC is very much invested in design language here by emphasizing the curves.

Now the fun part. What is this curvy mystery? Initially, I was thinking that this could be an Android Wear-powered smartwatch. But then I thought about it some more and it seems like a tablet would be a better fit. If HTC is indeed going to be manufacturing the rumored Nexus 8, they are going to need a model to follow. Take a look at any other Nexus device, it generally follows that manufacturers flagship’s specifications. So HTC may actually be teasing a gorgeous tablet that sports some stunning curves.

After some questions by its followers on Twitter, HTC would only say it will continue to reveal more over time.
