Guest Justin Herrick Posted May 29, 2014 Posted May 29, 2014 Needed confirmation that the Galaxy Tab S would include a fingerprint sensor? Or how about Ultra Power Saving Mode? Here it is. The folks at SamMobile have obtained demonstration images involving the upcoming Samsung tablet and it gives a look at what we can expect. The Galaxy Tab S is going to have a fingerprint sensor just like the Galaxy S 5. Swipe the designated finger downward on the home button and the tablet is unlocked. To set it up, you will have to swipe multiple times in order for your finger to be learned and recognized. Once inside, you will find wallpapers that are pretty much identical to those found on the GS5. In addition to this, Samsung’s Magazine UX that is found on other tablets is here too. It allows you to put all of your preferred content in one place. Again like the Galaxy S 5, the Galaxy Tab S will have Ultra Power Saving Mode to maximize what one can do with a low battery. Pick and choose what applications stick around and Samsung will handle the rest by making everything black and white. This takes it easy on the battery by not pushing all different colors across the display. Also, the home screen gets stripped down to whatever applications stick around.
