Two ways which I have heard from my friend: 1. Use CWM to recovery the rom from backup, if you have install CWM to your phone. 2.Use the 3rd-party recovery software to recover deleted sms from Android phone, but you still need to root your phone, and I know a tool named Android Data Recovery, which ever helped me get back lost data.
